The Concept
This campaign helped 2nd.MD stand out in a crowded healthcare space. The message: You can do nothing, what you’ve always done, or something hugely different.
We used elephants to represent “the elephant in the room,” and a zebra-elephant hybrid to symbolize bold change and creative thinking. It was a fun, unexpected way to show innovation in healthcare marketing.
The Objective
Increase awareness, attract HR decision-makers, and re-energize 2nd.MD’s brand voice with a fresh, confident look.
The Approach
I led the design direction and built a clean, surreal visual system using the brand’s blue palette and minimal layouts. We created social ads, sell sheets, and emails that stayed consistent in tone and message.
The Results
The campaign earned strong engagement and became a creative benchmark after 2nd.MD joined Accolade. It proved that smart design and humor can make serious topics approachable and memorable.
